We are in the Philadelphian church age

Rightly dividing the King James Bible shows us that we are currently living in the Philadelphian church age.

It’s WONDERFUL how rightly dividing clears up the confusion!

What’s In It For Us? #72: Zechariah - Part II

May 18th, 2008 Sunday School

Continuing to see the ‘future’ as preached from within the Old Testament, we not only see Christ, but we also see hints of the antichrist!

Being Stirred - part of Paul’s Manner of Life

May 14th, 2008 Wednesday Evening

Looking back at Paul’s manner of life, does anything stir you? It sure did Paul. Do we get stirred towards the things we are to be stirred about, or do we get stirred at the wrong things - like the preacher; the Bible; etc. What stirs you?

Prudent Men

May 11th, 2008 Sunday Evening Service

A very hard sermon to us dads, grandpas and husbands - men in general.

It may be 68 minutes long, but it is either worth the entire length of the sermon or I don’t recommend you listen.

Notes again are ‘original’ as with the time of the booth rally, I don’t have them ‘officially’ typed.

Darkness Fair

May 11th, 2008 Sunday School

The question is ‘Should we be at the works of darkness activities (church booths in local fairs, truck shows, gun shows, street work, festivals, etc. in order to preach and give out tracts, etc. and if so, does that ever cause anyone to stumble, etc.?”).

I have been asking myself that question for the last few years as we do our fair booth, etc.

This is my answer to that question.
I believe this will help those pastors, preachers and zealous men who may also be struggling as I am as we see the works of darkness get darker and darker, all the while wondering if these activities affect our own personal and church family.

Simple answer: Yes, we should be at those works of darkness, but certain conditions must be met and if those conditions can not be met, then you should not be there!

What’s In It For Us? #71: Zechariah - Part I

May 11th, 2008 Sunday School

The best way to learn from Zechariah is to simply read through the book from start to finish.

These few sermons will only highlight what we can learn FROM Zechariah, knowing that there is nothing there WRITTEN TO us today.

However, the facts of truth in this book are very intensely related to Jesus Christ, so we can actually learn more about Christ from Zechariah!

Fight With Right: Part V

May 4th, 2008 Evening Service

Tonight we consider one of the RIGHT ways to fight. Stay out of the wrong battles.

There are situations and people that Paul warns us to stay away from - and staying away from those folks makes it even easier to fight with right.

We are not looking for the ‘easy’ way out - we are just looking for the ‘right’ way in.

Fight With Right: Part IV

May 4th, 2008 Morning Service

This morning, we consider the wrong way to fight. Carnally!

We ought not fight with our mouth. You know - anger, contend, temper, name calling, yelling, brawling, etc.

The damage we can do with our mouth can often be irreparable.

What’s In It For Us? #70: Haggai - Part II & Conclusion

May 4th, 2008 Sunday School

We look at the rest of the fantastic ‘comparisons’ from the days when God’s own people didn’t want to rebuild the temple of God - when compared to Christians today not wanting to ‘fix up’ the temple of God today - ourselves!
