I am disabling the use of this plugin as I feel it distracts from the thrust of each page and the site overall. I liked the idea of making the articles easy to share but the large text and various links are getting to be too much.

Feel free to use the Contact page to let me know if you feel differently and used any of the links to share articles.

July 2009 Website Changes

Messed up the theme I was using so I had to put in a similar one, from the same source group. I'm now using Blue from Wp-them.es.
Removed the "Touchet:" part of the title from each of the sermons. The category is already set to Touchet for each so you can use the category feed to subscribe to the audio sermons.
Since switching to Blubrry's Powerpress plugin for podcasting, I have had to do the audio and video posts separately. I'm working on a way to combine them again but allow me to keep the video feed. In the meantime the video posts are under the TouchetVideo category, with their own feed.

I switched to a plugin called Powerpress, from blubrry.com. Unfortunately PodPress seems to be dead in the water so it was time to switch. I will keep the PodPress plugin active so that the old sermon posts can still be viewed. Unless there's a problem I don't plan on updating the posts to the new format.

The new plugin only allows one "enclosure" per post so I won't be able to have audio and video on the same page any more. However, this now gives me the opportunity to podcast the Touchet sermon videos as well as the audio!

To accomplish this I will be adding "[AUDIO]" or "[VIDEO]" to the page title. The videos will be in the TouchetVideo category. You can add http://rightlydivide.info/category/touchetvideo/feed to your RSS reader to subscribe to the video feed.

I am working on an iTunes feed and will post when that's ready. Unfortunately iTunes doesn't work with the Windows Media Video format so I will have to convert them.

New Theme (Part Deux)

Ok, made a switch, to Blogger from WP-Themes. I like darker colors but this one is still light. The switch between bold and not isn't as jarring once I switched the normal text color to black. As always, feel free to use the Contact form to let me know what you think!
