With Paul being our joy helper, let us look into joy once again.
We look to Colossians 3:1-3 and compare happiness with joy. We see that most of what we are seeking today is happiness – as we set our affection on things on this earth. Shame on us – and as we lose our ‘possessions’ and ‘freedoms’ to pursue happiness, we certainly have no joy as a Christian.
For our ‘official’ help, we look at ‘rejoicing in hope” from Romans 5:2; 12:12.
